Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Zedapex Limited, Lagos ("Zedapex", "we", "us"), the company that runs Spyvoo ("Spyvoo" or "the service"). By creating an account or using Spyvoo you agree to them. If you use Spyvoo for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for that company, and "you" means both of you.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, AI Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Earnings and Risk Disclaimer, Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy, Security Policy and Service Availability Policy. Together they are the whole agreement between you and us about Spyvoo.

1. What Spyvoo does

Spyvoo collects ads that are publicly available in Meta's Ad Library (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network), saves their text, images and videos, scores how well they seem to be performing and adds AI analysis, so you can research what is working in your market. You can search, save ads to boards, follow advertisers, set alerts, download media and generate AI breakdowns, transcripts and scripts, within your plan's limits.

Spyvoo is independent. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta. Facebook, Instagram and Messenger are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Who can use Spyvoo

To use Spyvoo you must be at least 18 years old, able to make a binding contract where you live, and give us true and up-to-date details. You may not use Spyvoo if we have closed an account of yours before, unless we have agreed in writing that you can come back.

3. Your account and Voo ID

You log in with your email and password, or with your VooSquare Voo ID, the single sign-on shared across Zedapex tools. When VooSquare login is switched on, your Spyvoo account is linked to your Voo ID and you log in with it. VooSquare's own terms apply to the Voo ID itself.
Keep your login private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Agency plans include team seats. Each seat is for one named person. Do not share a login between people.
Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. How you may use the ads you find

The ads shown in Spyvoo belong to the advertisers who made them. Spyvoo shows them so you can study them.

You may use what you learn (hooks, angles, formats, offers, landing page ideas) to make your own original ads.
You may not re-upload, resell or run another advertiser's ad, video, image, logo or brand as your own, or pass off their work as yours.
Downloads are for your private research only.
You are fully responsible for the ads you create and run, and for following the law and the advertising rules of every platform you use.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Plans. Plans, prices and limits (searches, saved ads, AI breakdowns, scripts, downloads and seats) are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. The Free plan costs nothing. Prices are in US dollars.
Payment methods. You can pay by card through Bachs, with USDT or Bitcoin through Gatevoo, Zedapex's crypto checkout, and with any other method shown at checkout, such as bank transfer or mobile money, which our team confirms by hand. The methods you see depend on your country.
Fees are built in. Any processing cost of the payment method you choose is already included in the price shown for that method. There is never a separate fee line, and the same plan can cost slightly more or less with different methods. The amount at checkout is what you pay.
Billing periods. A monthly plan runs from the day it starts to the same date in the next month (or the last day of that month if it is shorter). A yearly plan runs for twelve months.
Card plans renew automatically. When you pay for a plan by card through Bachs, auto-renew is on by default, and the checkout tells you so before you pay. At the end of each month or year we charge the same card the plan price then in force, until you cancel.
Reminder before every charge. We email you at least 3 days before every renewal charge with the plan, the amount and the date.
One-click cancel. You can turn off auto-renew at any time with one click in Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we email you and try again. Your plan keeps working during the grace period stated in that email. If the charge still fails at the end of it, auto-renew turns off and your account moves to the Free plan. Your boards and saved ads are kept.
Other methods are prepaid. Plans paid with crypto, bank transfer or mobile money are never charged automatically. We email you a few days before the plan ends with a link to renew. If you renew before the end, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you do not renew, your plan keeps working for a short grace period and then moves to the Free plan. Your boards and saved ads are kept.
Price changes. We may change prices. We email you at least 14 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first. A new price never affects a period you have already paid for. If you pay in a local currency such as naira, the US-dollar price is what we notify you about; the local amount of each renewal follows the exchange rate at the time, and the reminder email before each charge shows the exact amount.
Discount codes and offers have the conditions shown with them (for example, first purchase only), cannot be combined unless we say so, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Taxes. Prices do not include taxes or duties that may apply where you live, charges your own bank or wallet adds, or crypto network fees. You are responsible for them.
Crypto. Send the exact coin on the network shown. Crypto sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin or to the wrong address may be lost, and we cannot always recover it.

6. Cancelling and refunds

Card plans can be cancelled with one click in Plan & billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prepaid plans need no cancelling: if you stop paying, your plan simply ends at the end of its period. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please write to [email protected] before you dispute a payment with your bank or provider; most problems are quicker to fix with us. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may move your account to the Free plan until the dispute is resolved, and close accounts that dispute payments in bad faith.

8. Fair use and acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't scrape, bulk-export or resell Spyvoo's data, don't share your login, don't get around plan limits or security, don't overload the service, and don't use it for anything illegal.

9. AI features

AI breakdowns, transcripts, plain-English search, niche reports and "Make it mine" scripts are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them. Generated scripts are inspired by an ad's angle and are not copies, but you are responsible for what you publish. Our AI Use Policy has the full rules.

10. Support

Support is answered first by an AI support agent, around the clock, with our team stepping in when you need a person. The AI agent can look at your own account and make small changes you ask for; it cannot issue refunds. Write to [email protected] any time.

11. Affiliates and referrals

Spyvoo takes part in the VooSquare partner program. If someone introduced you through a VooSquare partner link, VooSquare may credit them for your paid orders. That program is run under VooSquare's own partner terms. Spyvoo does not run a separate referral program.

12. Our intellectual property

Spyvoo's software, design, scores, collections, AI prompts, name, logo and website content belong to Zedapex or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use Spyvoo while your account is active and nothing more. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.

13. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Spyvoo running, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete or error-free. Ads can disappear from Meta's Ad Library at any time; the data we show comes from what was public when we collected it, and performance scores are estimates, not Meta's figures. We may add, change or remove features. Our Service Availability Policy explains what to expect.

14. Suspension and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. Your personal data, boards, searches and saved ads are deleted straight away. Records of paid orders are kept, without your name or email, for tax and accounting.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. For serious breaches we may act straight away; otherwise we warn you first. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of your current paid period.
Sections 4, 7, 12 and 15 to 20 continue after your account ends.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spyvoo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that any ad, angle, script or insight will work for you. Our Earnings and Risk Disclaimer explains why.

16. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, ad spend, data, goodwill or business opportunities; and
our total liability for all claims connected with Spyvoo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

17. Your responsibility to us

You agree to defend and compensate Zedapex and its staff against claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that arise from the ads you create or run, your use of content you found on Spyvoo, or your breach of these terms or the law.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about them or about Spyvoo, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Talk to us first. Write to [email protected] with the details. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
Mediation. If we cannot, either of us may propose mediation before a neutral mediator we both agree on, before going to court.
Courts. If it is still not resolved, the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may ask any court for urgent relief to stop misuse of accounts, data or intellectual property.
Individual claims. To the extent the law allows, claims are brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.
Consumer rights that the law where you live does not let a contract remove still apply.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is important, we tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using Spyvoo after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using Spyvoo and delete your account.

20. Notices and other legal points

We send notices to the email address on your account or show them in your dashboard. You send notices to [email protected].
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation.
Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if they differ.
