Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
This policy is from Zedapex Limited, Lagos and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our intellectual property
Spyvoo's software, design, scoring, collections, AI prompts, the name "Spyvoo", our logos and website content belong to Zedapex or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, rebrand or build on them without our written permission. You may name Spyvoo to describe it truthfully.
2. Ads in Spyvoo
The ads in Spyvoo were published publicly by advertisers in Meta's Ad Library, and they belong to those advertisers. Spyvoo shows them for research, commentary and analysis. Customers may not reuse them as their own (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
3. Removal requests from advertisers and rights owners
If you own an ad, a brand or other content shown in Spyvoo and want it removed, or believe a customer is misusing it, write to [email protected] with the subject "Takedown request" and include:
- your name, company and contact details;
- the content concerned, with the Spyvoo link, ad ID or a screenshot;
- the rights you hold (for example copyright or a registered trademark);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
- your signature (typing your full name is enough).
We review complete requests promptly. Where a request is valid we remove or hide the content, and we act against customers who misuse it.
4. Counter-notice
If content you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to [email protected] with the subject "Counter-notice", what was removed, why you believe the removal was a mistake, your contact details and your signature. We may share it with the person who complained and restore the content unless they tell us they have started legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
6. False notices
Knowingly false notices can make you liable for the harm they cause.
