Acceptable Use Policy

Spyvoo is for researching ads so you can make better ads of your own. This policy is part of our Terms of Service, from Zedapex Limited, Lagos. It applies to everyone on your account, including Agency teammates, and to everything you make with Spyvoo's AI.

1. Using other advertisers' work

You must not:

• re-upload, resell or run another advertiser's ad, video, image, logo or brand as your own;
• impersonate a brand you found on Spyvoo, copy its landing pages, or suggest you are connected to it;
• use downloads for anything other than your own private research.

2. Protecting Spyvoo's data

You must not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-export Spyvoo with bots, scripts or browser extensions;
• resell, republish, share or build a competing database or product from Spyvoo's data, scores or AI output;
• share your login, or let more people use a plan than it allows.

3. Protecting the service

You must not:

• try to get around plan limits, security, rate limits or payment checks;
• probe, scan, attack or overload Spyvoo or its providers (good-faith security research under our Security Policy is welcome);
• create several accounts to get extra free usage or to get around a suspension;
• try to make our AI reveal its instructions, other customers' data or anything it is not meant to share.

4. Content and conduct

You must not use Spyvoo, or anything you make with it, for:

• scams, fraud, phishing, fake giveaways or pyramid schemes;
• misleading health, weight-loss, money, trading, crypto or betting claims, or promises of guaranteed profit;
• fake or edited results, earnings, screenshots or testimonials;
• hate, harassment or content that exploits or endangers children;
• anything illegal where you or your customers are, or that breaks the advertising rules of the platforms you run ads on.

5. Enforcement

We may warn you, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. For serious or repeated breaches we may act straight away and without a refund. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected] and a person will review it.

6. Reporting

Report misuse of Spyvoo, or an ad in Spyvoo that is harmful, to [email protected].
