Service Availability Policy

This policy is from Zedapex Limited, Lagos and explains, honestly, what you can expect from Spyvoo's availability.

1. Our commitment

We aim to keep Spyvoo's website, dashboard, search and alerts running 24 hours a day. When something breaks, we work to restore it as quickly as we can. We do not promise a fixed uptime percentage or service credits, because Spyvoo depends on services we do not control.

2. What can affect the service

• Meta's Ad Library. Ads can be removed, changed or hidden by advertisers or Meta at any time, and Meta can change how the library works. New ads may appear with a delay.
• Our providers. Ad collection, AI, transcription, hosting, storage, email and payment providers can have outages. If the AI is down, breakdowns and scripts may wait; your usage is not charged for an AI request that failed.
• Maintenance. Updates are kept short. When we need to pause the service, we show a notice.
• Events beyond reasonable control, such as network failures, attacks or actions by authorities.

3. Support

Our AI support agent answers around the clock, and our team steps in when you need a person. Write to [email protected] any time.

4. If an outage hurt you

If a problem on our side stopped you from using a paid plan for a long time, write to [email protected]. We look at each case fairly and may extend your plan. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
