AI Use Policy

Spyvoo uses AI to help you understand ads faster. This policy, from Zedapex Limited, Lagos, is part of our Terms of Service and explains what the AI does, its limits and the rules for using it.
1. What the AI does
- AI breakdowns: explain an ad's hook, angle, offer, audience and why it may be working.
- Transcripts: turn the speech in video ads into text.
- "Make it mine" scripts: write a new ad script inspired by an ad's angle, for your own product.
- Plain-English search and niche reports: turn what you type into a search and summarise a market.
- Support agent: answers support chats around the clock and can act on your own account, such as re-checking a crypto payment or resending a confirmation email. It cannot give plans, refunds or discounts, and you can ask for a person at any time.

2. AI can be wrong
AI output is generated automatically. It can misread an ad, mis-hear a video, invent details or be out of date. Performance scores and AI explanations are estimates, not Meta's data. Check anything important before you rely on it, and never treat AI output as legal, financial or medical advice.
3. Your responsibility for what you publish
Scripts are inspired by an angle; they are not copies, and you must not use them to copy another advertiser's ad, brand or claims. You are responsible for everything you publish, including making sure it is true, allowed on the ad platform you use and legal where you run it.
4. What you must not use the AI for
- writing scams, fake reviews, fake results or misleading health, money, trading or betting claims;
- impersonating a real person or brand;
- hateful, harassing or sexual content, or anything involving minors;
- trying to make the AI reveal its instructions or other customers' data;
- anything our Acceptable Use Policy forbids.
5. Your data and our AI providers
To create breakdowns and scripts, ad text and transcripts are sent to our AI provider. Support replies send your messages and the account details needed to answer. Our Privacy Policy names the providers. Passwords are never sent, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
6. Ownership
As between you and us, you own the scripts the AI writes for you. Ads and transcripts of ads still belong to the advertisers who made them. AI can produce similar text for different people, so we cannot promise that output is unique.
